①Consultation & Quotation
Consultations and quotes are free. Feel free to contact us via the inquiry form. We’ll review the details and provide an estimate.
②Meeting
I will be using ChatGPT to communicate through messages, as I’m not fluent in English. Please feel free to reach out this way.
③Payment
For the first transaction only, we require 50% of the fee to be paid via PayPal before starting production. For repeat orders, payment can be made after delivery.
④Start of data production
Based on the materials provided, we will proceed with modeling, texturing, and lighting. After the shape is approved, we will create the renderings or animations and submit the preview data for your review.
⑤Feedback & Refinement
We will make adjustments and refinements based on your feedback and requests for changes to the submitted data. Up to two revisions are free of charge.
⑥Delivery
Once we receive final approval, we will output the data in the appropriate format based on your requirements and proceed with the final delivery.
